Nexidata provides custom application development, database architecture, workflow automation, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement provided to the client prior to work beginning.
No work begins without a signed proposal or written confirmation from both parties. Discovery calls and initial consultations are free and carry no obligation.
Clients are responsible for:
Upon receipt of full payment, clients own all custom work product delivered by Nexidata as part of a completed engagement — including application configurations, database schemas, automations, and documentation created specifically for that client.
Nexidata retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or methodologies used in the delivery of services. Third-party platforms and tools used in a project (such as Knack, Make.com, or Acuity) remain subject to those platforms' own terms of service and ownership policies.
Nexidata treats all client information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client business information, data, or project details to third parties without explicit written permission, except as required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services.
Payment terms are defined in each project proposal. Generally, fixed-scope projects require a deposit before work begins with the balance due upon completion. Hourly engagements are invoiced on a regular schedule as agreed in the proposal. Overdue payments may result in a pause in work until the account is current.
Nexidata's liability in connection with any project is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of deliverables or services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of deliverables for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in the project proposal.
Many Nexidata projects are built on third-party platforms such as Knack, Make.com, Cloudflare, or Acuity Scheduling. Nexidata is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, feature changes, or policy changes made by these third-party providers. We will work with clients to address any impact such changes have on their applications.
