Nexidata does not send unsolicited text messages. SMS or text communication occurs only when you have explicitly opted in — for example, by providing your mobile number and requesting text-based communication during a project engagement.
If you opt in to text messaging, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Our contact form uses JotForm. These services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We do not control how these third-party services handle your data beyond what we submit to them.
