We're operational systems builders β not developers, not consultants, not a software company. We sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, building things that actually get used.
Based in Cincinnati. Working with growing businesses across the country.
I started Nexidata because I kept seeing the same problem: smart, growing businesses stuck in operational quicksand. Spreadsheets that break. Emails that get lost. Processes that live in one person's head. And no clear path to fixing it without spending a fortune on enterprise software or a dev team.
My background sits at an unusual intersection β MBA-level business strategy combined with hands-on technical execution. I've spent over a decade building the systems that make operations actually run: databases, automations, dashboards, and the connective tissue between tools that most businesses are missing.
What makes Nexidata different is the lens I bring. I'm not a developer who learned business. I'm a business operator who learned to build β which means I start with your operational problem, not a technology solution. Sometimes that means AI and automation. Sometimes it means a cleaner database structure. I'll tell you honestly which one you actually need.
I'm also the co-founder of Nurture, a prenatal and postnatal wellness studio in Cincinnati β which means I've lived the reality of running a service business, managing a team, and building the operational systems that keep it all from falling apart. I build for businesses like mine.
When you work with Nexidata, you work with me. No hand-offs to junior consultants, no black boxes. You'll understand everything we build, and you'll own it completely when we're done.
The goal is never a database or an automation. The goal is saving your team 10 hours a week or cutting your error rate in half. The business outcome stays front and center.
A system your team doesn't use is worthless. I build for adoption β clean, intuitive, and maintainable by the people who'll actually run it every day.
I'll tell you if I'm not the right solution. The discovery call is as much about figuring out if I can genuinely help as it is a sales conversation.
I don't rip and replace. If your team runs on Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and a CRM β I automate and enhance that stack. You keep what works.
I use AI where it creates real value β document processing, workflow decisions, data analysis. "Powered by AI" means something here. When it doesn't make sense, I'll say so.
At the end of every engagement your team should understand what was built, why it was built that way, and how to maintain and extend it. Independence is the goal.
Free 30-minute discovery call. No commitment. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit β and if I'm not, I'll point you toward someone who is.
